Man, I LOVE those complex woven forms in fourth grade. They take some time to figure out, but with some guidance, kids can have a lot of success with them.

Oh, and hot tip that I mention at the end of the video—I used form drawings for all of our title pages in fourth grade. This ensured that we got to do those incredible forms, even as the school year got busy and we didn’t have time for dedicated form drawing lessons.
