So I just pulled my Art of Teaching Second Grade notebook off the shelf and discovered what an absolute treasure trove of content it is. Patti Connelly of Roadmap to Literacy fame taught our language arts sessions, so I was busy taking notes!

I guess I was also feeling pretty artistic that week.
